For over 30 years, Delaware Valley Friends School has delivered an outstanding education to bright students who learn differently. As a parent of a student who has a learning difference, you want to do everything you can to help your child succeed in school and in life. We offer generous tuition support to help make a DVFriends education accessible to families. 95% of the families who apply for tuition assistance are awarded a reduced tuition. The average household income of our financial aid recipients is approximately $122,000. 55% of families that apply for financial aid make over $100,000 a year. 44% make over 125,000 a year. And 28% make over $150,000 a year. The average grant is $24,000. Some families pay less than half of the tuition. Because of the specialized education we deliver here at DVFriends, the actual cost to educate each student significantly higher than the annual tuition. No family pays 100% of what the school spends to educate their child. DVFriends uses all of its resources including our Endowment and annual fund which allows us to maximum tuition support while continuing to advance our program and community.
