Meet New ABLE Director T.J. Costa
T.J. Costa joins DVFriends from the Westtown School where he serves as the Director of Sustainability, and before that the Outdoor Education Facilitator. T.J. has been involved in experiential education for 20 years in a variety of settings. He has worked in traditional wilderness settings leading backpacking, rock climbing, paddling, and mountain biking trips, as well as leading transformative experiences through yoga, farm-based education, and SCUBA diving. He enjoys using a connection to our natural world as a way to foster self-discovery.
Fun fact: he has been to the base of Mt. Everest from both Nepal and Tibet, but has never hiked on it.
T.J. will start at DVFriends in the fall of 2023.
