Alex Ball

Alex Ball is an Upper School Art Teacher, who has taught in independent schools since 2001. Alex earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sculpture from Rhode Island School of Design in 2001, a Master’s Degree in Painting from the University of the Arts in 2008, and holds a certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from International TEFL and TESOL Training. Previously, Alex worked at Greene Towne Montessori School in Philadelphia, PA, and Sanford School in Hockessin, DE. Alex loves teaching all types of art including Drawing, Painting, Photography, Ceramics, Printmaking, Mixed Media, Collage, Sculpture, and Portfolio Prep. Alex started working at DVFriends in 2020.
