The Associate Director of Development for Annual Giving will join a collaborative and growth-minded development team and report to the Director of Development. - Managing the Annual Fund via a multi-faceted campaign involving individual donor solicitation, print, email, social media, and peer-to-peer outreach

- Planning and executing our Lighting the Way spring fundraising event

- Promoting EITC tax credits (along with the Director of Development)

- Develop compelling fundraising approaches, messages, and annual giving opportunities that will resonate with the school’s various constituent groups.

- Help develop major gift opportunities on an annual basis

- Work closely with the Director of Development to identify donors who have higher capacity, and develop strategies to move them to higher levels of philanthropy

- Track and plan interactions with prospects
