Volunteer Opportunities
Get involved! We invite you to share your time with DVFriends as a volunteer. Please contact Kelly Knox, Assistant Director of Community and Alumni Engagement, to express your interest and find out more about our volunteer opportunities.
Families Association
The Families Association builds community with DVFriends students, families, faculty and staff. They organize social events and activities, support faculty appreciation efforts, and connect families with resources to learn more about LD supports. They run a number of fundraising activities throughout the year to support their goals. All parents and guardians of DVFriends students are automatically members of the Families Association. The group meets monthly to plan activities, offers a monthly newsletter highlighting helpful resources, and has many volunteer opportunities for single events or year-round involvement.
