Jim Miller

Jim has been a teacher and administrator in Friends schools for over twenty years.  Jim joined DVFriends in 2019 as the school's first Upper School Director, and he now serves as the Director of Enrollment Management, bringing a deep commitment to Quaker education and his own experience as the parent of a student with learning differences to the process of helping families find the right fit for their child.  Prior to coming to DVFriends, he was at Friends Select School for 14 years as Dean of Students and English teacher.  He is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and SUNY Binghamton, and is also an alumnus of the Friends Council on Education Institute for Engaging Leadership in Friends Schools.
