Megan Fairchild
Megan has been part of the DVFriends community since 2014. She holds a B.A. in English from Bryn Mawr College and an M.S. in Education from Saint Joseph’s University. Before joining DVFriends full-time, Megan taught for two summers in the school’s summer program and spent a year as an assistant teacher at Greene Street Friends.
As Director of Teaching and Learning, Megan supports faculty in developing engaging, student-centered instruction. She is also an ICALP educator (Instructor of Certified Academic Language Practitioners), reflecting her deep expertise in language-based learning. Outside of school, she enjoys knitting and embroidery.
