Dragon Friends After School Care Program

We are delighted to introduce our Dragon Friends After School Program for students in grades 1-8. This is a pilot program that we are running this year to determine ongoing interest and engagement from families.

Starting November 2nd DVFriends will have after care from 3pm to 6pm Monday through Thursday, and 3pm to 5:30pm on Fridays.

The Full Year program runs Monday-Friday starting November 2nd through June 5th. There is also a Half Year option which runs from November 2nd through February 19th, and then February 23rd through June 5th.

Parents can sign their student up for the Dragon Friends Program in one of the following ways:

REGULAR CARE OPTIONS & Pricing -- this is for families who plan ahead and want to enroll their child for a full year or half-year of regular afternoon care.

Full Year Daily Care ($3500, split into two payments paid by November 2nd & February 1st)
Half Year Daily Care Semester 1 ($1850 paid by November 2nd)
Half Year Daily Care Semester 2 ($1850 paid by February 1st)
Full Year Care, but only for specific days of the week ($25/day)
(ex; Tuesdays & Thursdays all year).

For any of these options, please complete this google form for EACH DV STUDENT you are registering for care. After your form is complete, we will add the cost of the program to your FACTS tuition account. If you prefer to pay by check, you can present a check addressed to Delaware Valley Friends School to the Business Office.

DROP IN/OCCASIONAL CARE OPTIONS & Pricing -- this is for families who may need care only occasionally

If you will only need to use the Dragon Friends After School program on occasion, there is a separate form for you to complete linked below. The drop in cost is $35 per day, per child, and is payable at the time of registration.

Late Charges

Afternoon Care ends promptly at 6:00 PM on Monday through Thursday and 5:30 PM on Fridays. There will be a late charge of $10.00 for every 15 minutes after the ending time for parents who pick up their children late. Late charges will apply to all children.

Payment Terms

Payment is expected in full before the first day of care. Unpaid bills over 7 days may result in suspension of the extended day privileges. No care will be provided on days off or half days.
