Hallie Ciarlone

Hallie Ciarlone is the Director of College Counseling at DVFriends, where she has been guiding students and families through the college process since 2011. She holds a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and an M.Ed. from Loyola University Maryland. Before joining DVFriends, Hallie served as the Director of College Counseling at The Shoshana S. Cardin School in Baltimore, Maryland.

 

Hallie is deeply involved in the college counseling profession, serving as Co-Chair of both the NACAC Disabilities & Neurodiversity Special Interest Group and the PACAC Professional Development Committee (2023–2026). She has also presented at numerous national and regional conferences, including NACAC, PACAC, and the International ADHD Conference, and serves on the Avon Grove Education Foundation Board of Directors.

At home, Hallie is an animal lover and shares her life with two dogs and two cats.
