Amanda Chang
Amanda Chang joined DVFriends in 2019-2020 and serves as Upper School Dean of Students while also teaching Integrated Science. She earned a B.S. in Biology and Psychology from the University of Richmond. Before joining DV, Amanda worked as a Forensic DNA Analyst with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and the Delaware Division of Forensic Science, and she also taught chemistry, forensic science, and health at Delaware Valley Friends School as well as after-school STEM programs with Positive Tomorrows. Amanda enjoys fitness and often works out before school at Burn Boot Camp, where she also advises a weight-lifting club. She has participated in the NAIS Affirming Transgender Students workshop in 2023.
