Soccer Boys Junior Varsity

Soccer is a fall sport at DVFriends. Our JV Boys team is composed of middle and upper school students (grades 6-12) and they play against other schools in the Penn Jersey Athletic Association, which provides interscholastic competition for schools across the Delaware Valley. The boys Junior Varsity soccer team serves as a developmental program for younger and less experienced student-athletes to introduce the philosophy, work ethic, training environment, and overall demands of Varsity level play.

Participants in the DVFriends soccer program learn confidence, integrity, work ethics, discipline, responsibility, and leadership. They practice commitment, respect, and pride representing our student body and become ambassadors for the school and our community. We strive to create a positive environment where student-athletes are challenged and inspired to work hard toward achieving their potential as individuals and as a team.

No-cut athletics at DVFriends means that all students who want to play a sport are encouraged to do so -- whether they are veteran players or new to the sport.
